Dr. Baguma Naphtal holds PhD in Financial Management and Governance from Nelson Mandela University South Africa. He has over 20 years’ experience spanning from Public service, Private sector as well Non-Governmental Organizations. He is an entrepreneur and a businessman, who has steered Rovo Ventures Ltd. since its inception. Dr. Baguma is responsible for providing strategic focus and direction for the Company; and he has a passion for mentoring and developing young business entrepreneurs in real estate, logistics, medical supplies and business advisory services sector among others.
Mr. Khaled brings on board a 15-year expert professionalism with bias in Finance, Construction Logistics Management and Business Development Advisory. He oversees the logistics and commercial operations of Rovo Ventures Ltd, and is also responsible for all project resourcing, procurement and innovative approaches. He is so committed to quality and integrity. Mr. Khaled, too, is tasked with further responsibility to carry out work from strategic planning to execution.
Ms. Mouad is a 20-year professional with expertise in High Value Infrastructure Projects, International Supply Chain Management, Construction Technology and Real Estate development. As Director Technical Services, she is responsible for managing operational performance for Rovo. She holds Masters Degree in Architecture and Interior Designs from Whales University.
