Job Title: Customer Care / Administration Officer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care / Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and ensure excellent customer service across our operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to support the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintain and update the company’s appointment schedules and calendars.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support HR and administrative functions, including onboarding new staff and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 5 Years Post University proven experience in customer service, administration, or office support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Age between 28 and 40 years

Preferred Attributes: - Prior experience in a corporate Organization.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
